Go to each book you wish to order and click the Add to Cart button for that book. Then just follow the instructions. Our Shopping Cart automatically calculates the total of your order, shipping and, for orders in Washington state, sales tax. You may then continue to use the Shopping Cart's PayPal system to securely pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express—or you can mail us a check or money order (see our address below).
The Shopping Cart will e-mail us your order and tell us the method of payment you've chosen. It's that easy.

If you don't wish to use the PayPal system for on-line secure credit-card transactions, you can e-mail us your VISA or MasterCard information. For security, we recommend breaking your card number in half, and sending each half in a separate e-mail message.

You can call in your order at 206-768-1688, from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Pacific Coast Time, Monday through Friday. If you get our answering machine, you can leave your order information on it. It is in a secure location. However, speak clearly and slowly, as our machine is a bit hard of hearing. And leave your phone number, so that we can contact you in the event there are questions or problems with your order.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Our Shopping Cart program will compute shipping charges for you automatically. You need not use the Shopping Cart to submit your order if you wish not to. Just fill out the information necessary for the Shopping Cart program to compute the shipping costs and DO NOT click the Submit button.
If your order totals $10.00 or less, or $70.00 or more, we will pay the shipping in the U.S. and surface mail overseas.
Our normal method of shipping orders in the U.S. is by United States Postal Service, which gets your books to you in a week or less. We can also ship via UPS, on request. Overseas orders are shipped by Surface Mail (which takes an average of four to six weeks) or Overseas Airmail (which arrives in about five days).
We always strive to ship orders within 24 hours of our receiving them.
